Benjamin Middleton is currently the national sales training manager for Goodman and Amana. Ben has always been in the business of training manufacturers, distributors and contractors within the HVAC industry. His vast training, knowledge and experience in an industry that is extremely hard to conquer has assisted in creating a brand that is unstoppable. A great customer experience does have a telling effect on profitability. There are a number of classifications of customers that may cross your path. The explorer is the customer that is always pushing you for more products and services. These are customers that are loyal to you. If all customers were this way, your business would be consistently flourishing.  The reality of it is that not all customers are loyal and many will often go where the experience is better. Market share in the industry is vital in maintaining your business as an option.
